Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• A 48-hour cancellation policy applies, where no fee will be payable for a cancellation made with more than 48 hours notice before the scheduled start time of the appointment. 

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment start time will be charged at 50% of the full treatment fee. 

• No-shows will be charged at 100% of the full treatment fee. 

• If your booking was made via the website, the cancellation fee will be taken directly from the credit or debit card on file. Otherwise a payment link will be sent and payment will be required within 24 hours of the cancellation being made. 

• Cancellations can be made by via the website or by emailing be.kind.unwind.holistic@gmail.com.

 

Rescheduling Policy

• You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the start time of your scheduled session without having to pay a fee. However, if you try to reschedule within the 48-hour window, it will be treated as a late cancellation, and 50% of the treatment fee will be payable.

Late Arrival Policy

• If you are late for your appointment, the original session end time will be maintained and the full treatment fee will still be charged.

 

Gift Cards

• Gift cards are available to purchase for £25, £50 and £100.

• They are redeemable against any treatment.

• All gift cards are valid for 12 months and are non-refundable.

• If you have a gift card bought via Wix, please email be.kind.unwind.holistic@gmail.com to book your treatment.
